VISION
The educators in our schools will participate in professional development that energizes and bonds them to each other in reaching the highest goals of their profession. The purpose is to encourage enthusiasm, motivation, and collaboration among the teachers and in turn reduce feelings of isolation. By involving teachers in their own learning experiences, professional practice will be enhanced. Future visitors to our schools will see staff engaged in professional development and growth that is supported with the time and funding provided by the Bellmawr School District.

2017 -18  Bellmawr Learning Community Goals
  • To upgrade facilities to enable class size reduction, and allow existing spaces to be utilized to accommodate differentiated instruction.

  • To upgrade technology, programs, training and services to support 21st Century Learning.

  • To utilize data analysis to inform instructional decisions that will address the needs of the whole child using all district resources, programs, professional development and services.

  • To improve our home and family connections by continuing to foster a partnership within our learning community extending to the greater community at large through leadership training and coaching.

  • TO continue moving forward with district initiatives and purchases that support Sustainable New Jersey for Schools.
