Dear Parents, Guardians, and Family Members,

Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year at Bell Oaks Middle School! We’re excited to partner with you for another year of learning, growth, and success. Our dedicated staff is committed to meeting the educational and emotional needs of every student while maintaining high expectations in an ever-changing world.

At Bell Oaks, we educate the whole child. Our goal is to provide a safe, engaging, and well-rounded environment that fosters open communication between home and school. We believe every student deserves an experience that is challenging, rewarding, and supportive of their academic and personal development.

Attendance is a top priority this year. Did you know that missing just two days a month can significantly impact academic progress? Daily attendance matters—students benefit from live instruction, peer collaboration, and academic momentum. We ask that you help by:

· Prioritizing daily, on-time attendance

· Scheduling appointments outside of school hours

· Reaching out to us if you’re facing any challenges

Let’s work together to ensure our students are ready to learn every day!

Academic & Social Initiatives

We continue to focus on providing a rigorous, engaging curriculum that supports all learning styles. New and ongoing initiatives this year include:

· One-to-One Laptop Program: Every student will receive a Chromebook in early September, which they may take home during the week (not on weekends).

· Differentiated Instruction: Our schedules are built to maximize instructional time and meet diverse student needs.

· SEL & Character Education: We’re continuing to expand our focus on social-emotional learning, aligned with current societal challenges and student wellness.

· PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions & Supports): Now in its fourth year, this program promotes and rewards positive behavior. Our School Store continues to support this effort.

Mark your calendars! Our annual Back to School Night will be held the evening of October 2, 2025. Additional details will be shared soon.
