Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights (P.L. 2010, Chapter 122)
Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying Specialists for the current school year. Each school principal has appointed staff to act in collaboration with the principal as lead investigators of incidents of harassment, intimidation, and bullying in the school. In collaboration with the school principal, the specialists will support efforts for preventing, identifying, and addressing incidents of harassment, intimidation, and bullying and including chairing the School Safety Team.
