Survey for Evaluating Social Emotional Needs
Pupil Attitudes to Self and School (PASS) Survey – The Bellmawr School District has partnered with PASS to assist in uncovering and addressing the social and emotional well-being of our students. Developed by a team of educational psychologists from multiple universities, PASS provides teachers with highly reliable and valid information into how they feel about themselves as a learner and how they feel about school. Available in twenty languages, PASS allows schools to detect possible barriers to student learning, including issues around confidence, resilience, motivation, and concentration. The PASS survey will allow our school to proactively address non-academic barriers to learning, which can compromise the wellbeing and academic success of our students. During the coming year, PASS will be administered to students in grades 3-8 in the Fall and Spring. Please be assured that student confidentiality will be strictly protected.
